Salt has been used for centuries to cure a variety of ailments dating back to ancient times. You may have noticed that when you swim in the ocean or sit on the beach that you feel more relaxed, can breathe better, and any cuts or rashes on your skin improve. This is not a coincidence; salt is one of the most well known natural healing agents on the planet. Each session is 45 minutes and includes a warm neck wrap and blanket to further improve relaxation.

While reclining in our zero gravity chairs a special machine called a “halogenerator” crushes up pure pharmaceutical grade salt and blows it into the air. The microscopic particles are able to get deep into the lungs to break up mucous, clear out allergens, and calm inflammation. The salt is also very beneficial to the skin and can help psoriasis and eczema too. Salt is also a natural nervous system relaxer so you will feel a sense of calm that is very unique. Our room can fit up to 4 people per session.

Please note that shoes must be removed prior to entering the Salt Room and socks are required at all times. Comfy clothing is recommended and if a skin condition is present please wear something that will expose those areas while in the salt room. Salt may damage electronics and cell phones and therefore are not permitted. We respectfully request that all valuables be left at home as Primavera is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
